Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the region that we operate in. In the event of a disagreement we will attempt to solve the issue through discussion first. If that fails the jurisdiction will be given to the appropriate court.
Severability
If a court deems any provision in this agreement invalid, the provision will be amended to meet the intent of the invalid provision and the rest of this agreement will remain in effect.
